Yoga

We are now pleased to be able to offer Yoga classes, in small personal groups,  in our purpose built Yoga studio.  Ruth Mullins our Yoga teacher is highly experienced in the teaching of Hatha Yoga.

This style of Yoga is also known as Hatha Vidya and was created by Yogi Swatmarama in the 15th century in India.  Hatha Yoga balances the mind and body through a gentle combination of physical postures, controlled breathing and meditation.  Hatha Yoga helps with strength, flexibility and relaxation.  Regular practice can help with recovery from illness and injury and can change your life in many profound ways.

Classes last 90 minutes, with courses running for six weeks:
