Fees

Thank for choosing Willaston Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic we look forward to helping you get back into action quickly and safely. We are all experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, specialising in work and sports related injuries. In order to provide you with the very best care, your first appointment will involve a thorough individual assessment so that we can find out precisely what is causing your problem and what will be the best way to treat it.

If you need a course of treatment, we will advise you on how many treatment sessions we think you will need after your initial assessment. However these are only recommendations, and if you wish to discontinue your treatment at any time you should just let us know. Please feel free to bring a friend or relative with you if you would feel more comfortable being accompanied during treatment.

We are very confident that you will find our service highly efficient and professional at all times. Please note that we reserve the right to make a charge of 100% of the applicable fee for missed appointments.

Payment terms

Payments are made at the end of each session unless you are insured with a Health Insurance.
We accept cash, cheque's, and all major debit and credit cards.

Health Insurance

We recommend that you contact your health insurance before commencing treatment to clarify whether a medical referral is required and what restrictions there may be on your policy.
You will be responsible for the full payment of any fees that are not covered by your policy.

Cancellation

Cancellations within 24hrs will be charged for at a cost of 75% of the appropriate fee.
