Yoga

We are offer Yoga classes, in small personal groups at Hooton Road with Belinda Thompson and Helen Warren

This style of Yoga is also known as Hatha Vidya and was created by Yogi Swatmarama in the 15th century in India.  Hatha Yoga balances the mind and body through a gentle combination of physical postures, controlled breathing and meditation.  Hatha Yoga helps with strength, flexibility and relaxation.  Regular practice can help with recovery from illness and injury and can change your life in many profound ways.

Classes last 60 minutes, with courses running for six weeks:

•    Gain mind and body harmony
•    Increase your sense of overall well-being
•    Feel calmer and more in control of your life

Stretch & Restorative Yoga
A gentle paced 60 minute session to stretch and flex your muscles and joints. Along with relaxing breathing and stillness to restore the mind and ease the body.

Classes details:

Monday evening 8pm - 9pm with Helen Warren
Thursday afternoon 2pm - 3pm with Belinda Thompson 

Please note that payment for the block of classes secures your place. Missed classes cannot be carried over and no refunds will be given for unattended classes. You will be sent a booking form which will have a payment date deadline, due to the high demand of our classes, if payment is not made by the deadline date then your space will be reallocated to our waiting list. If a class is cancelled by the instructor a class will be added to the end of the block, no refunds will be issued if this class date is not suitable.
