Nicky Creighton

Nicky started her career in 1985 teaching exercise classes at venues across Wirral, Chester and Wiltshire.  In 1997 she joined the NHS as a physiotherapy assistant whilst continuing to teach various classes.

In 2000 she trained with The Pilates Institute and used this new knowledge to help set up a Pilates programme within the physiotherapy department.  Her desire for knowledge led to her completing a foundation degree at the University of Liverpool in 2007 which then enabled her to enrol at Salford University to study physiotherapy.

She qualified as a physiotherapist in 2011 and now has a full time post with the NHS. Nicky has recently updated her Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), completing matwork levels 1 and 2, and Pilates and Shoulder Rehabilitation.

Her vast experience of teaching exercise together with her physiotherapy knowledge, enables Nicky to adapt the Pilates repertoire for a wide range of clients both in groups and on a one to one basis.
Nicky continues to update her Pilates training and is a member of the APPI.  She currently teaches classes at the Bromborough clinic where she also has a number of one to one clients.
